A few weeks ago, we announced a new security feature for your NBI account – Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This will protect your account by adding two-step verification for access to Office 365 services. Please register for MFA and setup your authentication methods using the instructions below.
You can complete the sign-up process using your existing credentials that you use to login to e-mail and Office 365 services. (firstname.lastname@example.org)

Next steps Once you have completed the registration process we will enable MFA on your account. In future when you are prompted to enter your password you will also be asked to approve the logon using your preferred method.
*Note* If you are already accessing NBI e-mail from your phone or another IMAP/POP client, you may need to remove the mail account and add it back for it to work. The Outlook app is our recommended mail client for all devices including phones. Instructions are here
